poor program, if you don't use every day you need to spent time to figure out how to work

CONSpoor program, if you don't use every day you need to spent time to figure out how to work, and i don't have more to say. even phone number for support that they provided you can not use, you need to know name or extension, when i called I was not able even to leave voice massage.

Epay is fantastic
Epay has made paying carriers and invoicing our customers so much more efficient than what it used to be. I mostly love the audit logs of all activity on each invoice and the ease of communicating with our carriers through the site.
CONSThe only thing I would change is the reporting. You can only pull 3 months of data at a time so if you want data for 6 months, 1 year, etc, then you have to pull the same report multiple times for different time periods.
Reasons for switching to Epay Manager
Aljex always had different errors and our customers would frequently say they did not receive our invoices. With Epay, there are no errors and we have an audit log to show when an invoice was sent out. We also have the added bonus of efficiently communicating with carriers.

Amazing group to work with! They deliver what they say they will deliver and is always available to assist with any questions or updates. The actual system is very easy to navigate even for the non techy and we get great reviews from our carriers that use epay!

It was actually a system called HubTran but it was not listed in the drop down above so I chose Microsoft Teams so I could submit this review. Functionality Issues and Paperwork Reviews were painful.

Epay was critical in our growth
Overall the experience is excellent. Best customer service in the business and we consistently paid our carriers well within terms without having to worry about it. Set it and forget it once you do the front end work. If you are looking to scale a younger brokerage or optimize a larger one, this tool will help out greatly on the accounting side.
PROSThe functionality of the system is excellent. More importantly, the ease of using the product while being able to invoice a customer and pay an invoice to a carrier was a significant benefit. When we weren't able to hire staff and needed to perform the job function, Epay made this possible for one person to handle everything.
CONSAnything we had an issue with was addressed with Epay and a solution was provided. Every time.

Efficiency Gains
Epay has been an amazing platform for our company! We are able to manage several vendors on one platform with ease. We have been a loyal customer for 15 years! They are a technology forward company and they always work with us to improve our processes through API integration which in turn provide efficiency gains across the board!

I love the support team that helps with issues. Very quick to respond and assist. It is pretty easy to use once learned. Still working on learning some features myself even after 2+ years of use.
CONSTrying to filter down to view certain invoices is still tricky for me. I'm sure that is more of me needing to learn rather then it being hard.

We have been extremely happy with EPAY. They have the best support team available and quick to resolve any issues that come up.
PROSEase of function ability and tracking of entries. The ability of communicating to the carrier using email through EPAY.
