Best third party app for PayPal
Best customer service I have ever had with a software.
PROSPayPal can be messy with QBO. But with green ack it lays it out just like a bank feed. So easy and user friendly.
CONSA little bit of a learning curve but not much. Just like any software but hands n training provide with on boarding.

A fantastic piece of software that saves so much time
Very good software. If you need it for expenses from Amazon, Home Depot, etc., do it. Just do it. It saves so much time.
PROSGreenback scrapes the orders of the apps / websites it integrates with. It is insanely easy to export expenses from Greenback into QuickBooks and does so almost flawlessly. Every once in a while, an expense may have a hiccup, but it’s super easy to fix in QuickBooks. The support is fantastic. The app auto syncs about once a week which is okay. Super cheap $15 monthly subscription. The pros section of my review will be short because it does what it says it does; however, there are a few quirks.
CONSGreenback is not able to handle lots of sales on any integration. You’ll find that it just stops importing after about 100 sales or line items. For me, this is where alternative platforms that aggregate sales into journal entries shine (A2X, LinkMyBooks, etc) Another con is that there isn’t a FedEx or UPS integration. If there was, this software would be on another level. I also wish there was a way to increase the amount of times greenback syncs expenses per week automatically. The UI on the left side of the screen is kinda wonky, but you’ll eventually get used to it.

Rarely works.
When it works it saves tons of time not having to manually enter receipts
CONSThe integration with Home Depot rarely works. When you contact support they say it is not their problem and to try the email feature (which also doesn’t work without creating tons of duplicates).

Helpful app for select store invoice tracking
Set up is relatively easier than I anticipated. It is easy to download receipts and getting historical receipts is great, but can get pricey, I think the price should be less or potentially based on amount of info downloaded.
PROSI liked obtaining past receipts when I was starting my business. That saved me a lot of time.
CONSIt would be nice if more stores were available on the app.

The best
10 out of 10. I can't say enough good things about Greenback.
PROSGreenback has been a huge help for our E-commerce clients. It's unbelievable. Software improvements are fantastic and customer services is great.
CONSI'd love to see it keep growing. The better it gets, the easier our lives are helping clients.

Customer Service is Excellent
This is the best system by far to link Etsy to an accounting system, in order to show correctly the sales and fees of each transaction. The Customer service, training and online videos are idiot proof (I can do it!).
PROSWas the only way to account for Etsy correctly. Customer service is second to none.
CONSEtsy don't automatically show VAT, and there was no way to amend this yourself.
Reason for choosing Greenback
I was recommended Greenback by a fellow Bookkeeper. I took a look and although scared to take the plunge I gave it a go on the free trial. It wasn't long (a few hours if that) before I jumped in and purchased it for 3 of my clients.

Greenback to bulk import sales data
There support is really helpful and gets back to your within the next day and answered all our questions we were having with the software
PROSEasy to sync sales data from different sales channels into our accounting software
CONSWe had to reach out to support to some some SKU parsing to match our books. But it's not really a con since they we're really helpful and didn't cost us any thing extra for the feature we wanted
