I have loved working with Makershub from the beginning. I was part of the beta testing and the team has been very professional, accomodating and very responsive to all my questions and asks. I almost felt like they were designing the software for me - it was great! Once I used it, I knew I was never going back to the clunkier versions on the web.

I love the speed in which I can enter invoices. It went from hours to minutes. I love that it has the features I always wanted but had to work around - such as Approve and Pay if an invoice is already paid. And I love that it has a 2-way sync, so if something is paid in QB, it gets paid in Makershub without me having to do anything

I would like the search function to be more concise. It is so customizable it is almost harder to use

I am using this product for one of my clients how has a lot of inventory, and bills. It integrates very well with the inventory. If you make changes in MakersHub, say you entered a wrong part number, it will sync the changes in QBO. You can set up the lines on your bills as either inventory item or as an expense item. I am constantly blown away by this product! I have never seen anything close in comparison.

MakersHub reads and lists in great detail all the information on the bills. The lines are editable so if you want to change any detail you can. Support is top notch. They get back to you right away. They listen to what you want, and the customize the program to meet your needs! We needed to be to change pricing on the bill to reflect foreign currency rate at time of payment. They set up a spot where you can enter a multiplier so that changes the dollar value on each line of the invoice so that it reflects the foreign currency price and not the price on the bill. I am continually floored by this company!!!!!

I don't really see any cons since support is very responsive to helping you get set up, and running and even customized for your needs.

Our experience has been fantastic so far. The product is easy to use and works as expected. Whenever we have a question or issue, customer support has been on top of it immediately. We are big supporters of the MakersHub team!

I have been using MakersHub for over six months to both process bills. The product is very easy to use and is a huge time saver for me. I estimate that I am saving 4 hours per week of mind-numbing data entry, which has freed up my time for more productive activities. Additionally, our accuracy has improved considerably since using MakersHub. I can't recommend the product enough.

I was a beta customer so dealt with some early (and predictable) issues with how the bill processing platform recognized certain billing formats. However, the MakersHub team addressed those issues immediately and the recognition accuracy has been perfect for several months.

It makes putting bills into Quickbooks quick and easy since all we have to do is send an email of the bill and Makershub will read it and fill in the information for us.

The software is still fairly young so there are some improvements we've requested but any time that we have asked for an add on to the software the technical support team has been incredibly responsive and usually resolves our issues within the hour.
