Paymerang made our lives easier
Overall, we are happy with Paymerang, we have used this for 3 separate entities along the way and the set up was simple. I would like to see their staff reach out more often to our vendors to see if they may now take card or ACH rather than check.
PROSIt was easy to set up and easy to use. Did not take much training for our staff to use. Paymerang was able to accomodate our need for extra reviewers/approvers. When we have to request customer support the staff is helpful and timely in their response. And by earning money on card transactions, our accounting department turns into a little profit center.
CONSWhen I look at the screen for a particular vendor transaction, It is not always easy to see what has been done. You may see items that are cancelled and then reissued, but it is not clear always as to who cancelled them and why. (someone internal to Paymerang).

Automation Made Easy
Paymerang is easy to use and our client account manager and the Paymerang support team are easy to reach and are always happy to help you with any situation. I would definitely recommend Paymerang to other organizations.
PROSPaymerang made our payment process a breeze. It definitely was extremely helpful during Covid when we weren't able to go into the office to process our checks. We were able to pay our vendors in a timely manner, and we never skipped a beat. We are currently taking the next step with Paymerang to automate our internal invoice approval process.
CONSThere is always a learning curve when it comes to learning a new software program, however, our account manager was always there for us for any questions we had. In all actuality, the learning process wasn't that difficult. After the second week, I was processing our check runs on my own.

I like that everything is separated into categories making it easy to find where I need to go.
CONSNothing wrong with paymerang on their end I just wish on my end I could do everything strictly through paymerang

We love Paymerang!
We are very happy with the Paymerang team and the services they have offered us. We would 100% do this again if given the opportunity!
PROSPaymerang has provided us an easy, convenient way to make our AP payments. This has led to our vendors being paid more timely with automatic payment options. Our team has also saved time by not having to spend time manually printing and mailing checks and following up with outstanding check. The set up was very easy and we were up and running in no time!
CONSThere really are no cons - we have been very happy with choosing Paymerang.

No more mailing checks!
It's really nice to not have to mail paper checks. Our main points of contact ([SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]) have been super helpful and friendly and the software is easy to use.
PROSUploading a file is fast and easy and Paymerang saves me time since we no longer have to mail checks.
CONSThere are some items in the vendor file that can be changed by me (ex. addresses) and some that can't (ex. emails or phone numbers). That seems really strange and it's a bit inconvenient that I have to email simple changes to Paymerang to make them for us.

System issues
Once it was working for me, it was fine and has gone smoothly.
CONSI had repeated problems with trying to log in as a new user (receiving funds). Customer service gave me the normal solutions--empty cache, use incognito tab, restart computer. I tried for several days to get it straightened out. Then I forgot about it. Next time I tried, it worked.
