best program available in the space
Love it! Would not use a different platform. I have tried SO many- don't waste your time with the other platforms they are terrible and the support is terrible.
PROSlinks to shopify, can track influencers/affiliates in real time, can see everything that you need to monitor for success. REAL people to talk to and help you setup all of your challenges for your affiliates. I love the customer rewards program that helps us keep our customers interested and helps push repeat purchases.
CONSNeed someone on the team to walk you through the platform to understand where everything is and how it all works BUT the team is amazing and will hop on a call with you same day if needed.

Very Helpful Content Tracking + Customer Engagement Tool
I've loved getting customer excited to share with rewards + surprise content campaigns/challenges. It's been a great tool to have close connections to our most excited and activated customers!
CONSHaven't loved the process of communicating with our signed-up customers — has felt a bit clunky and severed from the LoudCrowd platform. We've also encountered some issues over the last few months with payouts, not great initial reward structure set up, random reward/Yotpo integrations etc. The LC team is always happy to help, though!

The overall experience has been a very good experience.
PROSThe communication and support you get from the LoudCrowd team is incredible. They are always there to help answer any questions you have and able to support you where they can. They are always looking for ways to innovate their products and always are looking to improve our programs.
CONSThere are no cons that I can think of at the immediate moment.
