A great program it's decent and it's on par with the others and it's class

I like how it's easy to use and that it's set up in a very user friendly manner

I wish there were more options for like book writing and for creative writing and I wish it was less expensive

I really enjoy the software but it has bugs. No one will respond to you about the bugs. When I had questions about purchasing the software, they were quick to respond but when I have a question about the bugs there's no response.

It's very easy to use. I like the rewrites when the software is working correctly. I like that she can change the tone at various levels from Informal to formalFriendly to assertivePessimistic to optimistic

Several times I have added information into the Write section much more to come and rewrite is a reply to what I've written. Example if I write "I've never gone through the governance before. Is it just a matter of forwarding this email to them?Paragraph AI rewrite: "No, forwarding this email is not enough. The government's process involves a series of steps that need to be followed?I've emailed paragraph AI support four times about this situation and they have never responded. I purchased a subscription thinking that would help and the issue is still ongoing. When this description expires I will purchase to Quillbot instead. I've never had this issue with them even on the free service.
