Awesome no-code app building platform!
Provide useful process support for applications to bridge between other systems or to fill in gaps between main process flows. Easy flow of steps to create applications using "wizard-like" steps. Forms creator follows simple concepts that most people will understand very quickly.
PROSSimple SaaS architecture, easy to follow instructional tutorials, easy access to support help, very intuitive UI
CONSHelp documentation needs some updates for latest version of application, some concepts like expressions will need advanced skill mentoring likely by vendor or partner.

Softools App Builder
We have managed to build 3 brand new applications from the ground up and have been provided with excellent support at every stage.
PROSProduct is easy to use, relatively easy to build, integrates well with existing systems and new innovationsare being integrated into the apps all the time. Customer service is brilliant.
CONSCertain aspects of the build are a little complicated and some support materials could do with updating.

As an overall this is a great system, easy to implement and add changes making it a cost effective product.
PROSZero code application. Ability to deploy application in hours. Database management and changes are easy to implement and therefore very cost effective.
CONSThe software is missing user friendliness. A couple of areas should require a focus such as spliting the notifications of export, notification messages and notification from the system itself (copy and link). A dedicated area for each of this notification would ease the usage. Ability to adapt colours, font and how to organise the fields in the template (size, position, colour layout etc ...)

Very versatile software, user friendly and visual
It has been a great experience, great people and very knowledgeable supporting your company all the way through design, implementation, and operation. We are extremely happy with Softools.
PROSUser friendly, it doesn't take too long to learn to navigate the system, the apps can be design to be very visual. The capability to work wit other systems like Power BI.
CONSIt has some limitations when it comes down to reporting, however it works with other software to do that.
