It the pick of the lot
Easy to learn to use and teach staff.
PROSI found it all very user friendly and easy to learn how to use. Customer support has been excellent.
CONSI would have preferred if it had forms also so we could do service agreements in here.
Reason for choosing ShiftCare
Brevity was way too clunky - I did like that it has service agreements in it, but otherwise it was way harder to use then shiftcare.

Best decision we made!
After having headache after headache with our last software, I finally found Shiftcare and it was the answer to all of our problems! Shiftcare and it's team, were everything that we needed, from customer service excellence to software proficiency! Sometimes we all dread change but this was by far the best change we have had yet! Thank you to the team for making the transition smooth and effortless!
PROSShiftcare was by far, the best decision we made! It not only cut my costs to a fraction of the last company but the customer service is amazing and the software is seamless!
CONSI really have no complaints, and any requests for features I would like, are being worked on by the team! They have been very attentive and understanding!

Reasons for switching to ShiftCare
The other company had less than average customer service. The other company erroneously charged me plus required me to provide them with a card to charge monthly though never providing me with a detailed invoice ahead of time. They would provide one if I asked. The other company charged me per client which became very expensive and when I asked for a lower price, they gave a very small discount per client which did not amount to a reasonable deal. When I discussed all of my concerns the customer satisfaction specialist raised his voice and attempted to argue with me. Honestly, it was a very stressful situation that I am glad to have behind me. Shiftcare is 100% different and better because of it.

A Great App
Once set up, it eases - scheduling and invoicing.
CONSNot enough automation, with profile - where plan is half NDIA and half plan manage.Making set up very long process.When open, the calendar is not current week.When adding staff important documents, document can't be open up to view to ease check up & input of expiry date.There are still some errors in scheduling repeat shifts.2 weeks bulk invoice is not good - should be 4 weeks.I thought I will safe alot of time when I use shift care, but it's still require alot of man power due to the lack of automation.

Best Product for Scheduling of Support Workers
RECOMMEND IT 100%!!! Its the best system Ive used and suits our business perfectly!
PROSThe price made it affordable for us and we are now able to manage compliance easily. Scheduling the team is super easy and has made communicating change of shifts a breeze.
CONSNothing to report on this, myself and the team love it!
Reasons for switching to ShiftCare
Metcare (Umantec) was super expensive, had zero support, and the platform itself was really unreliable and time consuming to use. Would not recommend it to anyone. The people running it do not care about you at all just want your money.
