First time we used the service we literary discovered that we were competing against a company we had no clue even existed. All because they had been providing wrong EANs for their products — probably to avoid competition or manufacturer catching them using huge discounts. It took our team sometime to learn how to use reports arbitrage potential. Having video guides might have been helpful. However, our customer success manager had several Zoom sessions with us, and educated us on all the details.
