Avoma beat Gong and ChorusAI on price and product
We adopted Avoma to support better handoff between our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. Avoma has become a fundamental tool across our organization to keep us true to the customer voice and easily share the customer perspective deep into our org. Avoma's user and reporting model make it easy to track and act on customer needs immediately.

A lot of Bang for your Buck
Overall, we are very impressed by this company, who competes with strong market dominators. They offer pretty much the same thing for a fraction of the price.
PROSAutomatic zoom call/meeting recording and integration. Speech to text for easy review.
CONSUser interface could be a little easier to navigate, but very minor.

Un logiciel impeccable
J'ai beaucoup aimé ce logiciel la fois où j'ai eu des oublis des conversations à mes clients et là soudainement je les entendu et j'ai compris que c'était ce logiciel depuis ce jour là je ne m'en sépare plus
CONSLe seul problème que j'ai trouvé jusque là c'est l'insuffisance et il faut plus d'amélioration sur les outils
