Every SalesOps team needs Delpha

To improve our Revenue Operations, our sales teams need accurate data on their fingertips without having the headache of combing through the records to figure out which ones are still valid or need to be updated. There is a lot of time required for them regarding various data cleaning and researching tasks, which we wanted to eliminate so they can focus their time on high value tasks and hit their growth targets faster. Getting Delpha has allowed us to achieve this goal, making our team members more efficient and effective as well as giving our entire company, especially those involved in the customer lifecycle, a 360 view of our customers in our database.

PROS

We love the flexibility that Delpha offers our team when it comes to data quality management. We are able to automate solution fixes such as enrichment and deduplication as well as choose large-batch processing or involve our end users who have the contextual knowledge to make the right decision about a specific Lead, Contact or Account.

CONS

nothing because the value for money is very high. Maybe extensions to other products would be beneficial

Delpha solution

PROS

The team is available for us when we need them. We benefit from their updates / upgrades on a regular basis. The tool is easely plugged on Salesforce. Efficient to clean your SF database and save time. It detects duplicats, invalid email or website and corrects it.

CONS

The efficiency of correcting emails is not a 100% accurate. On rare occasions you'll find domains that do not match the email adress.
