DriveX
Experience was very good! It solved a lot of problems that were related with pictures and employees can save time. And the process was easy for clients as well and it means happier clients for our company :)
PROSFor my team the biggest advantage was that we were able to save time and be sure that pictures are with high quality. Before DriveX the process was manual and often it ment sending a lot of emails with explanations to clients, but the results were still in many cases pictures that weren’t good enough.
CONSWe would like to get more automated reports, but (!) maybe the problem is solved by now (I’m currently away from work).

The DriveX solution as a basic product is good, but it needs further development.
DriveX allows you to get pictures that have undergone a basic check for compliance with the specified requirements.
CONSDriveX has a limited spectrum of objects, spectrum of Internet browsers. There is room for growth in the user experience sections.

Good solution for Insurance, rent and etc business
We solved main problem with what we faced years - vehicle inspection before MOD insurance contract creation. Usually by client provided photos was always better than some co partner who offered some support to get photos (usually those was blurry, or some photo missed and etc). Basically DriveX connected two parts, good photos with some very simple solution with what almost all persons in every age are able to manage . As well in the beginning was possible to be part of providing own ideas how to do this product even more better. Was very good experience and even today they are improving this tool, so amazing job!
PROSEasy and complex tool, which learn each user how need to be done photos - mistakes amount is very small by my opinion.Maybe in future they will provide similar solution for home property as there exists as well need to get photos about insured buildings/goods. Maybe benefit can find Airbnb and etc companies as well, who renting out flats and houses.
CONSOn current moment nothing behind of their side.

The way how product was presented and they was first ones who provided already in the beginning some working solution.

Not only great product, but also wonderful support team
Easy to understand product and very helpful support team, including the top management of the company.
CONSSometimes, when switching to landscape mode, it is hard to go full-screen. Integration with our app would help. But we have already discussed and understood that it is possible and in the nearest future we plan to do so.

Daily usage
I use DriveX because I am selling CASCO insurance and always send DriveX link to clients to photograph ther car. I have used this platform as client and am totally satisfied with this service, because it is easy to understand and use. I like that there are explanations how and what to do. Overall I like this service.

This is a step forward
The first thing that comes to mind is an enthusiastic leader.
PROSI liked that the app has a fresh look, but the same time is strict with user.
CONSI was the first user in our company. A lot of time has passed and the beginning errors are not important today.
