Records all of my video meetings (whether I'm there or not)
It's really easy to set up. I connected my Google Workspace to it and it reads my calendar for any meeting with a Meet, Teams or Zoom link and will automatically attempt to join (because I have that setting on). It emails out the transcript and summary pretty quickly after the meeting. I've compared the summary with another tool that does something similar, and MeetGeek's summaries are significantly better. I've had other people who use similar tools also comment on how good the summaries are.
CONSIt could utilise AI better by allowing you to customise notes based on the transcript after it's all been generated.

A new way of conceiving work meetings
I never thought I would have needed software to track my meetings until I needed to review previous meetings as what was being said by the customer did not add up. At that point, MeetGeek became a lifesaver
PROSAs a freelancer I have a lot of calls with my clients to update them on the projects and sometimes information gets lost. Thanks to the call transcripts I can go back and review everything we said and make sure my work is compliant with what was asked and if the client "remembers it differently" we have an impartial and objective source to find out who was right and what was said
CONSThe sentiment analysis is not super accurate when it comes to identifying the different tones of voice of people in the meeting, mainly when it comes to different languages and when people talk over each other

Garbage product with garbage support
Their landing page looked nice which makes it easy for them to hook you in.
CONSThe product hardly worked, it wouldn’t join certain meetings and when it did join it took the wrong notes. It’s also super hard to use, I switched to another competitor and their product works so much better.

Better meeting assistant than my VA...
What I love - it records and transcribes the meeting. Then Meetgeek analyzes every and highlights actions to be taken next. I also can talk about concepts quite fast, and sometimes my colleagues don't get it the first time. With meetgeek, they can listen to the recording again and at the same time read the transcription.
CONSSometimes, the transcription is inaccurate. Though it is quite funny.

Reasonably good
Overall, MeetGeek is easy to use, works reasonably well and is improving.
PROSMeetGeek helps you make sense of meetings. While you'll likely still make your own notes, you now have a transcript and a summary.
CONSThere's no real-time transcription and the process of analyzing an uploaded meeting is slow.
