Flexibility
Very good and painless. The team are very helpful and knowledgeable and understand what we are asking. 9/10 they can come up with a solution straight away. Other times they need time to develop but I've never had a straight no or a bad experience in dealing with the development team.
PROSI have found Vision very flexible and adaptable to use as we want to use it. We started small and gradually added more functionality not just in my area of the business but a number of other departments including Property and Compliance. This allowed us to work more efficiently and collaboratively, have real time information available and ultimately monitor and improve our compliance.
CONSThere is nothing I dont like about the software

We were already using Vision for our asbestos management and adding the Audits on was so simple and effective that it was a natural progression. We've continued to get the same level of support throughout our years with Vision.

New Look supplied us with a concise brief and ACMS UK, having the willingness and ability to be able to adapt to the specific requirements of New Look, were able to deliver. New Look currently undertake over 60,000 audits a year across their stores and sites from fire risk to H&S, operations to property.

Kloeckner Vision
Initially we looked at Vision to support us with monitoring our Asbestos Risk assessment, but have now included Water and Fire. This three risk assessments will allow us to build a frame work to add more products in the future. The other area we are now exploring is to with Document Control and Audits
PROSThe two key features is the ability of the software to send out reports and that outside agencies can access the system and update in real time. The product is intuitive and is easy to navigate and will integrate seamless with our business. Currently we are trialling on just three key areas but we have found a number of other areas of our business that will benefit from Vision
CONSCurrently we have not seen any negative areas to report on, we are having problems with the way the Asbestos has been uploaded onto Vision but that is more to do with the company that conducted the audit
