Amazing visualization software!
We are so happy with our overall experience. They take into account our suggestions and ask our opinions for new updates and features. I did not know the software could keep improving the way it does!

Floori is the best AR visualizer in the industry
10/10 The best visualizer on the market and we checked them all out prior.
PROSThe AR function is without a doubt the best feature, Which gives it a clear edge over competitors like Roomvo which we moved away from due to lack of AR and a customer portal. The self-service portal is brilliant for easy onboarding when you have a very large catalog.
CONSThe AR function whilst brilliant does not have the best UX or user-friendly design on mobile, Our customers often miss and do not take advantage of the AR function, when on mobile and given 70% of traffic is mobile it is important as they are not getting the full AR experience.
Reason for choosing Floori
The 3D model apps were on a per-model basis which given we have thousands of SKUs is not workable. Floori had unlimited SKU's at a better price than Roomvo along with a built-in AR feature making it a no-brainer.
Reasons for switching to Floori
We made the switch due to Roomvo not having a AR feature - The flat image is ok but not what customers expect in 2022. Pricing was on a per SKU basis, which is poor when targeting the flooring/rug industry which often have thousands of lines. Onboard was a total pain, whilst the staff were very helpful and cannot be faulted, The lack of a customer-facing portal meant everything was done back and forth on email in excel spread sheets, 9 months in and we only had a small fraction of our products listed in Roomvo.

Overall a great experience and a perfect tool for supporting our business and customers.
PROSOverall quality of visualization. All the flooring types are supported by the tool (rugs, wall-to-wall, tiles, planks etc.). Much improved AI when using augmented reality.
CONSThe usage and customer behavior analytics tools are missing or very limited, external tools have to be used.

Visualization Software for Floors and Counters
One of the best things about working with Floori is how responsive they have been when we requested new features and functionality. While the Floori software is primarily designed to be used with flooring, Floori has worked with us to bring this visualization software to our countertop offerings as well.
PROSFloori does what it is designed to do (product visualization) very well. In fact, we were able to get the tool to work with countertop visualizations as well as floors, which was a huge plus for us. The backend of the Floori software is quite intuitive and easy to find your way around.
CONSActually implementing the software on our site was a bit of challenge. We had to manually create buttons/links to instantiate Floori through an iFrame. I would like to see a more "plug and play" implementation to get the Floori functionality implemented on the website.
