Great Customer Service / Easy to Use

The overall platform has been super easy to use. Our account managers are exceptionally happy with the ease of Under. Applications are easy to generate (once mapped), and the ability to run KYCs and Plaid bank validation has been extremely helpful in our industry. The customer service has been great any time we have reached out with questions. They respond in a timely manner - and have been able to help resolve problems.
CONSMapping PDFs was a little bit of a learning curve with the applications.
