Backup Radar Review
Backups are critical to any MSP. Backup Radar gives me piece of mind backups are running and are monitored.
PROSThe time it saves checking backup results. Also it helps us not miss anything.
CONSI havn't run into anything their support hasn't been able to resolve quickly.

Took us to next-level reactive monitoring
Overall, this solution is amazing and has transformed our backup monitoring process!
PROSThis software was able to support our wide array of backup software programs and provide a single pane of glass and also a single point of entry for our ticketing system. Support was also able and willing to create custom parsing rules as we needed them on rare occasion.
CONSMaintenance outages have been a bit too frequent in my opinion. When the parsing or mail server is down, even missing one day, it results in a slew of false positive "No results" which we have to manually cleanup. Support can be a bit slow. Also, it appears custom parsing rules apply to all tenants, so this can result in slow build times. I would prefer being able to create the custom parsing rules ourselves and for our own tenant.

Backup Radar : Your one stop solution for all backups
Our overall experience with Backup Radar is good as it manages all backup-related issues & provides us with a reliable solution.
PROSWe are using Backup radar for the past couple of years & the most liked thing about this it's easy to integrate & configure & helps us maintain data security & availability. We have integrated our cloud environment & on-prem environment devices as well & it helps us to backup automatically at desired scheduled time. It also provides frequently unsuccessful backup details & root causes for the same as well.
CONSAs far as we are using the only issue we get some time we the report & analysis feature as it does not provide a custom detail format.
