Managing marketing team with Bordio is easy
We are super happy with Bordio. The interface is so clean and intuitive, that our team quickly adopted. We use Bordio every day for managing our tasks and moving projects forward. The platform is fast and clean.
PROSWhat I really like about Bordio is how it just fits with what we do in marketing. Before we started using it, keeping track of everyone's tasks felt like herding cats. Now, I can quickly see who's doing what, when it's due, and how everything's coming along. Plus, seeing our progress in real-time keeps the team motivated and on track.
CONSI wish it had more languages. We'd like to use Latvian instead of English. BUt that's not a big problem. Other tools don't have it too.
Reason for choosing Bordio
We tried theseplatforms, but we didn't like them much. Clickup in my opinion has too many unnecessary features and within all this mess it's hard to find what you really need. Wrike seemed too complex for us, I think it's better fit for large corporations.
Reasons for switching to Bordio
Todoist is good for managing just personal tasks & projects. But when it comes to team collaboration they have too basic features. We needed something more powerful yet easy-to use. So Bordio was a perfect match for us.

We can now keep up with our schedules
I’m used to using to-do list for our everyday operations, but task cards also work for me. They are easy to create in Bordio, and I can move them depending on their status. I can also move a task to the top to show it’s my priority. Whenever I assign a person of a repair task, he gets a real-time notification. That is why we can now keep up with our schedules.

Some of them are too complex for my job scope. Clickup - My members do not prefer the design or interface of Clickup (too complicated)

I don’t like that the task cards disappear once tagged done.

What makes Bordio effective in my car maintenance business
Our business sometimes gets complicated when there’s too many things to do at once. I find Bordio to be helpful because it allows us to sort things out with simple folders. And its mobile version is as simple as the web version, so even if my team members are out, they can still find their tasks.
PROSWe’ve tried a couple of similar softwares, but Bordio is the only one that has the most useful features. It just has the things that are important. And it is not complicated to use at all!
CONSI wish they could integrate Spotify in Bordio because I enjoy listening to music while working.

The folder creation in Trello is more complicated than in Bordio.

It’s easier to communicate in Bordio.
My communication and workflow have become smoother with Bordio. I can send updates to the team head exactly as it is happening. I can also move forward to my tasks faster because there’s no delay in feedbacks. The message box is very helpful because I don’t have to use other messaging apps or add CRM tool to communicate with my team members
PROSMessaging and notifications are real-time in Bordio. I can easily send reports or get feedback from our team leaders.
CONSI’m used to seeing an icon to show if someone is active or not. I wish there’s like that in Bordio.

How Bordio helps me reach out to new partners.
I’ve tried others, but Bordio is the simplest yet most efficient one for me. Almost all of my work is done in it because I just basically need Google Calendar to help me set meetings and calls to our prospect clients. It saves me time to see when they decline a certain time suggestion because I can then suggest a new schedule that he might prefer.
PROSI can create events in Bordio, send invites even to those who do not have a Bordio account, and instantly see if they accept it or not.
CONSI prefer brighter color options for my task events.

I cannot invite people outside Trello for an event or meeting.

We never receive a complaint since Bordio.
Bordio is literally our biggest asset in the team. With how easy it can be used for task management, we are able to provide better service journey to our clients. We do not get complaints anymore because we can keep our promise of delivering our services on time. Also, we can easily identify the cause of delay because each task is assigned to a specific person or department.
PROSNot only that it is easy to use, but Bordio’s customer support is also amazing. I didn’t have to wait for days before I got the answer I needed.
CONSIf I could customize Bordio’s fonts, it would be the perfect app!

How Bordio helped us attract more visitors
We know that we need to build awareness for the business that we do. We believe what we showcase in our museum is a fascinating touch of history and society of different groups of people around the world. For us to do that, we tried Bordio to organize all of our content for the whole month, and we’re able to keep up with the content we had to put out in our socials. One thing about Bordio is how easy it is to use and that it has lots of USEFUL features.
PROSBordio is known for its single board view. It makes everything easier to see all our plans laid out in one board.
CONSA customizable template of an FB post might be a good additional feature of Bordio

Bordio is the best collaboration tool for us.
Interestingly, everyone in the team has become more involved since we used Bordio. It’s probably because of how easy it is to use. We can just do everything in it. The notes, the messaging, the calendar and kanban board, all worked for us during the creation process of our current project. Probably, we’re not switching to any other software after this.
PROSWe like Bordio because of its features. We had the kanboard view and calendar view, we used it for files and links storage, it’s also our communication app.. Basically everything we needed was in Bordio.
CONSI would like to see more color choices added.
