Once-off Implementation – This is a negotiated consulted fee for Setup, Process Development, Implementation, Training and Deployment. This fee is negotiated depending on client requirements for number of units, number of users, and ramp up tempo. 2. Monthly Subscription – This is a PAAS cost per user per month of $60/user/month and includes access to all KEY360 Units. Bulk user discounts are available. Annual subscriptions carry a further 10% discount. Read-Only subscriptions can be provided free of charge

It one place where we have been able to setup and manage all our projects
PROSI just started using the software but it is so far so good, managing projects has become so easy . can schedule and track progress of all projects, setup and integrate projects simplifying our work. it is easy to implement and has a greater ROI
CONSThe software is hard to navigate so there is need for some training in order for one to use the software

Using Key360 to manage the new Morupule Coal Wash Plant Project in Botswana
It is a brilliant system. It is one platform integrating more that 140 modules. You have one work space and you can customise the view of data as you like and the labelling of mega-data is so simple. With key360 I was able to deliver complex reports within a matter of seconds. There is nothing close in the market that gives you the same benefits than key360 does.
PROSEase of use and it is quick to train people to use the system.
CONSWe found that most people who worked on SharePoint struggled to understand how simple the file structure in key360 works. Many of them wanted to import the key360 data into SharePoint which require a sub-sub folder system which key360 does not accommodate as yet.

Due to the way key360 manages to combine information over multiple disciplines in one, easy to use system.
Reasons for switching to KEY360 Management Platform
We needed a system that could accommodate mega data requirements. Furthermore it took us less than a week to set key360 up between 2 countries and measuring spend in two currencies with suppliers scattered over two countries.

Project Management Platform
Key360 Provides the best project management platform as compared to others tool. It support multiple project management feature. It helped a lot to manage multiple projects. It is very easy to use and provides very easy interface to understand.
CONSAs of now there is no cons in KEY360 Management platform tool.
