Super útil

Estoy encantado con Quipu, es muy recomendable a todos aquellos que se quieran dedicar menos tiempo a todo lo relacionado con la facturación, presentación de impuestos y gestión de liquidez de vuestro negocio.

PROS

Ahorrar tiempo en mi dia a dia y poder consultar mis dudas a mi asesor-

CONS

En periodo impositivo a veces los gastos subidos con el escaneo automático tardan un poco más en procesarse.

Además de la tecnología, nuestra herramienta de digitalización de tickets y facturas consta de validación humana para evitar al máximo la posibilidad de cometer errores y que haya campos incompletos. Beware of the potential of them losing all your data and walking away from the problem.This happened to a Spanish business and caused them a lot of issues and costs before the knock-on effect to me.I was told they were dishonest and unprofessional and in my personal dealings with them this is exactly what they were.Useless company and timewasters. To anyone working there, I say get a better job and sorry.What is more, all of this was caused by an original data loss on their part.Their subsequent overreaction and from what I can see falling out with one customer has embarrassed them to a high number of potential clients.Timewasters. The re-entry of my last 3 months of accounts will be done over my weekend.

It's one of many simialr products, which is fine when it works correctly

CONS

They lost data for a company I am related to through a third party, this resulted in them blocking access for the bookkeeper, continuing to bill them, and then without any notice to all remaining clients suspending access. When I contacts them they gave a half-truth, when I enquired further they bblamed the bookkeeper and said they were owed 5000 euros. So unprofessional and then after telling me no, my data can't be accessed talk to your bookkeeper, they email me through the chat and send a pricing list telling me my data is not lost.

Ahorro de tiempo

¡Muy buena! Lo dicho, realmente nos estamos ahorrando tiempo en la contabilización de facturas.

PROS

La automatización en la creación de facturas, gracias a que los conceptos y contactos quedan guardados tras la primera vez que los introduces. Y el lector de facturas, que nos ahorra mucho tiempo a la hora de contabilizar facturas de gasto.

CONS

Puede resultar un poco abrumador al principio, porque tiene muchas funcionalidades.

El soporte no fue bueno, no cumplen con los tiempos de respuesta y más de una vez no supieron respondeer a nuestras dudas.
