Workday- best for R&D

PROS

I am using workday since 2017 and I keep my all records in workday. My company use this app.

CONS

Sometime it’s hard to find what you are looking for. It takes some extra steps for figure out.

Nightmare old-school UX

PROS

It's good to have everything in the same place.

CONS

I just don't understand how software with this UX can exist in this day and age. Makes you feel like you're in 2010. Navigation is a nightmare. Goal tracking is even worse than the rest of the features.

Workday

The overall experience with this software is favorable. Workday seems to fit well with the objectives of my organization for both management and emoloyees.

PROS

One of the most notable benefits of workday software is its user friendly search feature, which seamlessly helps you access whatever you're looking for in seconds.

CONS

I have not encountered any unfavorable features of workday so far.
