In for the Long Haul it has 23 industry firsts and they do Custom work!

You can design what you need and the developers work with you! Do not have to hope enough users want what you want!

Functions are there, ui isn’t.

We use it for scheduling purposes, including OT, vacation/sick etc.

PROS

I like the functions that pipkins has. We use it for scheduling needs, planning and scheduling needs.

CONS

For one you have to use internet explore for agents to log in and view their schedules etc. the interface really needs work.
