Overall experience is very good that is why we are using the software.
PROSAll the features are easy to use but the most we require is getting the call recordings and Logs which we perform with very ease.

Quick and easy to deal with & very Good services
Voice clearity helped us to serve our customers in a more effective method. its cloud-based service help us to be more flexible and at the same time rigid with work.
PROS-the software is easy to use and we can train new interns easily about the software. -as it is cloud-based make it easy to use from anywhere.

No call drops in this system. Voice quality is good.
CONSCall logs should be available for more than 30 days
