Easy to Use and Reliable software
It has a simple user interface that can be used to track the status of agents in real-time and get daily reports, as well as the features that allow you to listen to recorded or live calls made by agents.
CONSWhile it is a great tool, the user interface needs to be updated to make it more useful.

I'm truly amazed by VoxDesk! The level of user-friendliness is unmatched - even newcomers can dive in without needing any training. I can effortlessly log in and begin handling tasks/calls. The way it seamlessly integrates with our CRM is impressive, and all the crucial details are right there on the screen. VoxDesk has been incredibly helpful in a variety of ways.
The user interface has proven to be extremely intuitive and user-friendly to me. I was able to navigate it effortlessly without any formal training. Additionally, the customer care setup for both inbound and outbound calls is simple, and integrating it with my salesforce is a breeze. At present, the click-to-call feature and other similar functions are performing admirably from my perspective.
CONSThere are no complications whatsoever; the website is easy to navigate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.

The seamless integration with CMR simplified the entire procedure. All critical information is clearly shown on the screen, and the reporting capabilities are outstanding, greatly assisting in evaluating staff performance.
