Beeble is an absolute must if you care about secure and simple email services

My overall experience with Beeble has been a flawless and happy one. Poor email service is something that can cause you a lot of headaches, and even lost business. In my case with Beeble, I'm extremely confident and satisfied with their overall quality of service, uptime, security, support, and usability. I've added multiple .com domains to my Beeble account as domain aliases and it works just as well as anywhere else that I've had my email hosted at. As an IT consultant, I've confidently recommended several customers and businesses to move over to Beeble for affordable and secure email, and many have made the leap and are extremely satisfied with the cost and quality of service. I've also had several or my privacy-concerned friends and family members move over to Beeble and got them off of the big-tech platforms email services. Not a single person that I've recommended Beeble to, has come to me with a complaint or problem regarding the Beeble email and file storage service; and everyone seems very happy with this platform. If you care about privacy, and you dont want big-tech reading all of your emails and checking on your files using artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, and you dont want to allow anyone in tech support to check your email if they feel like it, or using "keywords" from your emails to help formulate product advertisements to you, then you really need to jump ship and move over to Beeble. As I mentioned earlier, even if Beeble wanted to, they couldn't read your emails or look at your files, thanks to the high-level of encryption and the way the keys are stored. If you're using a free email service (or any free service really), usually the reason why its free is because you are the product, and the email provider is benefiting from you using their platform. It's time to get off of the free email service providers in big-tech, and move over to a highly-secure, privacy-centric, and reliable encrypted email service provider like Beeble. I can't recommend Beeble enough.

PROS

I love that Beeble offers such fantastic email & file encryption and privacy. Even Beeble support themselves cannot decrypt and access your emails or files that you store within their service. Beeble's UI is very pleasant and it's constantly being improved on, and Beeble's Support Team is also incredibly friendly and helpful to work with when I've had a question or asked for a feature request. You can tell that the folks at Beeble actually care about your experience and privacy, and they treat you and your data with the upmost respect in a way that I'm sure they would do for their own families. I also really liked that I was up an running with Beeble instantly, as soon as I signed-up. The words 'encryption' and 'privacy' might make some people think that it means there might be a complicated setup process or it's a difficult experience, however with Beeble its the exact opposite. As soon as you sign-up for Beeble you are instantly up and running with highly-secure emails and file storage. The user interface feels familiar to other common email providers but even better in terms of simplicity and being able to intuitively find everything you need right away. Emails send and receive quickly, and I'm able to run both my personal email and business email all from Beeble, with complete reliability and trust.

CONS

To be completely honest, there's nothing that I do not like about Beeble currently. I've been using Beeble for many months now and without a single issue or complaint. If you have a suggestion for improvement with the product, the Beeble Support Team is extremely receptive to hear you and take feedback and add new items to their roadmap. The service itself has been flawless for me so far, and all at a great price, so I can't think of any cons at this time.

Reason for choosing Beeble

ProtonMail is a good service, however they've become more pricey and you get less when compared to Beeble, so it was an easy decision to choose Beeble in this case. Compared to Tutanota, Beeble's UI was far more attractive for my personally, and several of my clients agreed as well. More importantly, Tutanota has been around for a while now, and hasn't made the same amount of progress that Beeble has made in a much shorter period of time. Even though Tutanota claims they have a calendar feature, its actual functionality was horrible in my own personal tests, and their support responses for my Q&As were pretty slow...pricing was similar too, so once again, it was an easy choice for me to opt for Beeble with a lot more positive features, support, and excellent user interface.

Reasons for switching to Beeble

As I mentioned earlier, I've used Beeble for my personal email, my work email, and also as an IT consultant, I've recommended many businesses and friends/family to switch to Beeble. I personally was able to get off of Google Workspace and GMAIL, while my clients and friends and family were all able to get off of a combination of, Office 365, Google Workspace/Gmail, Yahoo, and others. We made the switch because for personal-use, you basically have no true rights (or at least no true guarantee to privacy) on the free email platforms, and however these providers claim to anonymize your data for the sake of advertising, there is still at the very least, risk involved in using free email services. Furthermore, end-to-end email encryption is incredibly important as well, as is secure file storage. For some businesses, they may still want to use 'normal' email accounts provided by O365 or Google Workspace or Exchange, but their HR, accounting, legal, medical, or other departments still need a highly-encrypted email solution for GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and other regulatory compliance needs. Self-destructing and end-to-end encrypted email is also extremely important to many businesses or even personal individuals for several great reasons. I have one client who is a news reporter, and in many cases they need to ensure with the highest level of confidence that their emails are encrypted with whistleblowers and other anonymous tipsters. Also having the confidence that things are so encrypted in this email system that it is highly-unlikely there would ever be a breach of security that could lead to financial loss or reputation damage. Beeble offers what all of the other big email providers offer in terms of checking-off all of the normal functionality requirements of email services, and then Beeble adds a ton of additional benefits that not many others can truly promise or actually provide when it comes to security and privacy, and all at an exceptional per-user price.
