Click-Manage-Move - Simple Archiving

Great technology, Very good support from sales through to technical - Certainly a partner that we will continue to grow our business with.

PROS

The tooling is simple to use, easy to navigate and flexible in deployment. We tested a lot of industry leading archiving toolsets, Siscin was by far the the easiest to use out of the box and intuitive to use. The ability to know what candidate data is going to move out to object storage with detailed analysis reports made this easy to sell to the customer as they could see the tangible benefit and the data footprint under management.

CONS

Only con, is that when a user clicks on a stub, it opens the web-page that they have to click. This has fundamentally lost us business.

Easy to Use File Archiving Solution with Many Features

SISCIN helped me easily identify files the were infrequently accessed and could be moved to cheaper cloud storage. I easily setup a policy to automatically move these older files to my Azure storage so that the file server would "clean-up" on a regular basis. I was amazed at the TBs of storage I was able to reclaim on my primary file server. SISCIN also allowed me to fully index all of the files on my server, so that I could quickly identify files required for ediscovery or records requests. The purchase and installation process was quick and straight forward and every one of the team members I worked with was pleasant to work with.

PROS

Modern and intuitive user interface. Straight forward policy setup with full text indexing of file server. Excellent support and implementation team. Sales process couldn't have been easier.

CONS

The only thing that would be a "nice to have" is indexing of encrypted files, but I understand the limitations with this file type.

Reason for choosing ComplyKEY SISCIN

The features list and performance of the solution, as well as the staff I worked with, swayed me towards SISCIN, and I couldn't be happier.

Siscin saved me

PROS

Well, the Siscin was well referred to us and my people wanted to check. They liked the interface clarity, the information that was desplayed in a professional flux and the protection service well built

CONS

Can't convert some documents, but I understand that.
