Good PM/WO System for our Site
Easily used for the most part. History collection of history well used.

We use if for Facilities helpdesk, I am not 100% sure how many more components are used by that department. If they ever have a problem with the application, I reach out to Performo and get a resolution quickly. I really can't say enough about how good their support is.
PROSThe support I receive from Performo is stellar. I have not worked with a vendor that has supplied such a high level of support before, and I support 30+ products. Implementation is a snap and the support team helps all the way. This is one less headache for a sysadmin to own.

Very Happy with the latest version
We have been very pleased with the overall performance of the software and would suggest anyone looking for a CMMS compare this software.
PROSIt is easy to use and the developers listened to our needs to customize the software for us.
CONSThis is a new version, we are the first install, so it is a little unfair to say much. The developers are still working out the bugs.

Performo is simple and effective
The best part of this software is the simplicity of use. I am not experienced with software of this kind but this software was easy to learn and use.
CONSFrankly this is the first software of this kind that I used so I dont have much to compare it to. Maybe a set of templates for building schedules would be benefitial for first time users.
