We love IntellaQuest

Our experience has been great. They provide amazing customer support and there is a escalation point if ever needed.

PROS

The customer support is top notch at IntellaQuest. When there is a feature the software does not have the IntellaQuest team really evaluates if the feature can be added.

CONS

There is some work on the front end of setting up each module but this is common with Quality Management software. IntellaQuest does a nice job of helping with some mass importing.

Reason for choosing IntellaQuest

We evaluated several software systems out there. IntellaQuest did not restrict the licenses by price which was important to us because we wanted every employee to have access even if they didn't use the software every day. We also really liked that IntellaQuest offers enhancements at no charge. And lastly we were looking for a software that was compliant with FDA data integrity requirements, IntellaQuest has fit the bill on all.

Great option with multiple choices to manage any enterprize's size

The cost benefit of the system makes it work the investment.

PROS

IntellaQuest system provides flexibility, adaptability, and intelligent solutions with their applications. It is user friendly and practical once the set up and training are well thought and executed. IntellaQuest provides quick services offered to our global organization

CONS

Once in a while there are minor system bugs, but IntellaQuest is quick to have them resolved and I have never experienced long term shut down events.

Gauge Quest part of Intella Quest hard to utilize.

Think twice before you buy this software.With my 20 more years of gauge-related experience, this is the worst software I have found.

PROS

Software developers tried compliance!!!!

CONS

It is not user-friendly at all.The gauge technician's work time will increase 4-8 times.No operation manual for gauge software.Whoever was involved in creating this software didn't compare any other software looks like.The chances of mistakes in entering information on this software are almost 100% as information needs to be entered in different places.

Reasons for switching to IntellaQuest

We don't want to waste time.Also, GaugeQuest doesn't allow to deletion of any mitaken information.Like - if someone put 1st calibration date or data mistakenly or tried to learn how data needs to be entered.After entering 2nd calibration,1st calibration data can't be deleted.So many more issues.Need a full-time person to take care of this software.

Great one source solution!

PROS

We really like the broad catalogue of applications and functionality. It's great for quality management, but is so much more!

CONS

The only complaints we have are from our own limitations, no complaints regarding IntellaQuest system itself.

Management System

A system makes the management system fun and entertaining

PROS

It’s not only a complete management system package but also it goes beyond to the business management support. Also the great team behind it can get your specific needs and tailored your program to suit these specific needs

CONS

I don’t think of any thing. Even the price is more reasonable and payment facility is great
