Overall is a great product and provides much information.

I love all the information and samples provided.

CONS

It can be time consuming to add our clients into receive the newsletters. Wish there was an easier way to have it communicate with our current system.

Easily access and send helpful & informational guides to your clients

PROS

Broker Briefcase is an excellent resource for simple, easy to understand and visually appealing coverage guides for clients. The information is straightforward and concise, and fully branded with your company logo. I frequently use them for policy/coverage type explanations and risk examples. We also use their articles and video tutorials on our website, social media and blog.

CONS

While the guides and information provided are straightforward and simple in a positive way, they also only scratch the surface. For more in-depth coverage information you may be better off requesting brochures from the carrier. However, still an excellent starting point for explanations of coverage for new clients!

Parts of the system are very cumbersome. The files and attachments are great!

PROS

I like the ease of attaching documents, emails, etc. It's great to be able to create an activity and then file everything under a specific activity.

CONS

The RFP and Proposal process is very cumbersome and dated. This part of the system is very disappointing.
