An excellent virtual solution!
The ability to send documents to other colleagues! The ease of navigation as well between documents is excellent!
CONSThat files weren't stored in the cloud and they couldn't be accessed remotely.

Easy to use and reliable
overall I really like volume as a paperless storage service!
PROSI have always found volume easy to use, navigate and reliable, customer service have always been helpful whenever we have had problems and I love that you can customise your account with the penguins all year round and the Christmas and birthday options.
CONSWhen there were middle tier errors however these were always resolved quickly.

Volume Review
Overall, for what we use Volume for, the product is suitable and meets our needs. Easy to use but with not many other features.
PROSThe ease of use makes volume a better product than most others. User interface is simple, yet purposeful.
CONSVolume is used for basic archiving of documents, with not so many other useful features. The product could be developed further to add in additional features.

I was a frequent user of Volume until our firm transferred over to Papercloud. Functionalities are similar but Volume was preferred.
Ease of use and great system to keep/store/sort all correspondence.
PROSAbility to attach files/emails/correspondence with ease.
CONSThe system often froze which meant it could be fairly slow at times

Simple and easy to use
Really happy about the Volume as it does what it supposed to do and barely any IT knowledge is needed to use the software.
PROSThis is bare bones software to store your files in order that you create yourself. It is really flexible for your needs as it is so simple yet effective tool.
CONSWatermark servers are not owned by them, so it's maintenance is not done by themselves. Servers are half a time slow and software "freezes".

As expected, could be improved with some small tweaks
PROSThe storage capacity appears to be quite large and you can add a lot of sub files in the top tabs
CONSThe over saving - you should only need to save when you exit a client not each time you rename, add or remove papers
