The tier - Pricing organization and that we can have all the functionalities

The platform is only in English, and I'm at Mexico, so it would be great to have it in Spanish for my clients Also, we can't upload videos.

This platform is simple to use and I love the support. The community is a wonderful resource for support and training.

I was supported in integrating the product with their frequent getting started meetings.

YourCoach simplified starting my own health coaching practice by making it easy to set up my practice and programs.

As a new platform, there are features that can be improved/developed to improve the overall experience. New features are being added regularly, so I’m happy to stick with the platform as it evolves.

My experience has been good so far. I am very impressed with the support.

The set of tutorial videos is a great resource to refer back to but felt incomplete as an intro. given the robust nature of this platform and each coach's unique needs. I highly recommend signing up for their live 30 minute onboarding call!

Creating and delivering programs and content is easy! Programs can be duplicated and edited for personalization, or clients can be added to current programs. You can created 1:1 or group programs and create content to be delivered on a schedule without adding more to your own to do list. Clients can create and track their goals in the app. Video calls and direct messaging available seamlessly within the app. One system that takes care of multiple system needs.

It is still a new system, they're still growing what is available to coaches so this is not the end product. Things will shift and change, but they're listening to the coaches using the app and what we need from a client management system.

Easy to use, mobile and desktop sites, goal setting and notifications, uploading materials, and hosting live video calls and conferences in a HIPPA compliant app! Plus the support team, the community manager, and opportunities manager, and even the app creator or so welcoming and supportive. It's everything you need for managing a top notch health coaching business. And the more you use it - the LESS you pay!

I wasn't able to use a screen sharing feature to host webinar style video calls but I know that is a feature they worked on incorporating - they truly value and action feedback from their users

The customer service is outstanding and the platform offers multiple features that other platforms just don't.

The platform isn't too intuitive. Many of my client's are a bit confused initially.

I really like using this app for my clients.

It's so easy to use and it's design is clean and straightforward. I can send messages, files, contracts and take payment all within the app.What I like most is that they are very responsive and open to feedback. They go above and beyond and they truly care about what coaches want - this is so important to me.

Syncing with my calendar, but I think they're working on it

I received this product via ACE as part of my credentials and membership. I had low expectations but was blown away by the ease of set up and utility of this platform.

It is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The features allow for a great deal of customization and integrated payment.

Features are still being rolled out. Not a con but the only limitation I can think of.
