Excited to watch Zoee grow!

I learned about Zoee through a business development webinar. The value of content in that webinar was so incredibly helpful that I already had a good impression of Zoee before they mentioned the platform. Once I learned about the features, I was in! Since joining, I have felt very valued as a founding coach and I've also referred a few colleagues to the platform as well. It has been a great experience!

PROS

I appreciate how simple and straightforward they have made this platform. It is all-encompassing for coach needs and is an incredible value for the subscription price. I know they are a startup and they are rolling out new features almost every week, which just continue to add to the value. I have been amazed with how accessible their team has been and how they are very open to feedback (as a coach and all of us should be!). You can tell that this is coach designed and coach led and they've really embodied the idea of a startup for coaches by coaches. I'm especially excited for the new marketplace features. Finding and matching clients is an incredible challenge for coaches and I think Zoee's unique approach to it will be a game-changer.

CONS

As with all startups and new platforms, there will be a leading edge and a learning edge. There are a few glitches and hiccups, but it has all worked out and been addressed quickly. I know they will have growing pains as they go. I'm looking forward to improvements in all of the features that are already at the foundation to make them even more customizable.

Reasons for switching to Zoee

I was having a lot of trouble setting up coaching style services in Wix. I appreciated how Zoee was specifically designed for coach offerings.

Zoee for coaching clients

Zoee provides an all in one client platform for coaches - programs, calendar calendar integrations, billing etc. It's easy to use, has a great client interface and the customer support is fantastic.

PROS

Simple to set up, clean looking customer facing page, easy to make edits, great customer support.

CONS

As it's still on start up mode, there are some systems tweaks and enhancements that are still being ironed out, however the customer support is extremely efficient and provides almost immediate support when these usually minor issues arise.

Reasons for switching to Zoee

Wanted something simple and easy to use that offered a simple client experience, as I grow my business.

Early adopter and the future look bright!

I love the ease of use and ability to create a personal webpage with multimedia including blogs and videos. The interface is super clean for both clients and coaches and admin is pretty darn simple.

PROS

I love that Zoee provides a one-stop shop for coaching business needs. I really appreciate that the [sensitive content hidden] and her staff are focused solely on coaches. That means we get things created in a way that caters to our specific needs. And I love that Zoee is a woman-owned business. I also love that there is a Marketplace or prospects to find us and Zoee is great about promoting us on social media and on their platform.

CONS

The scheduling and booking is a bit clunky. It puts a lot of onus on the prospective client resulting in a more detailed conversation with them to get them on board. It would be great to have more flexibility in how we can use the scheduler and book discover convos. Also, the CRM needs a little work. We need to have more autonomy and flexibility with how we manage our clients once they are in the system.

Reason for choosing Zoee

I just liked the ease and simplicity of Zoee over the others. Dubsado and Healthie offer a ton of extra features including forms and workflows and custom emails, but I decided I could help make Zoee a better product for more coaches by getting in early and "helping" with development.

Reasons for switching to Zoee

While I like Dubsabo quite a bit, it is a bit clunky itself and I wanted to give Zoee a try because I love the clean interface and the opportunity to come in early to help shape the product.

All My Needs in One Place

As soon as I heard about all the features Zoee offered, I was sold. I was tired to logging into and juggling multiple sites to run my business. The setup and utilization of Zoee has been so simple and honestly fun to use. I'm excited to connect and support other coaches on this journey!

PROS

So far I love everything about Zoee. It was incredibly easy to setup; I had my account & profile page set up in 1 day. When a couple of questions came up, the team reached out to me immediately and showed me the solution. I worked diligently during my first year as a coach to keep costs down and chose to not create a website. The profile page I can send to potential clients was a game changer for me. The team has remained interested in hearing my feedback. I love the ability to keep a blog as well.

CONS

The only feature I wish was available now is the ability to store videos for clients to watch. But since it has every other feature in one place, I do not mind having them stored elsewhere.

I wanted to have one place to manage all of my tasks.
