Not Bad. I was skeptical about the move to Comcate. It is a work in progress. Fine tuning needed.

The fetch with vehicles works most of the time. The option to open more than one case at a time.

The custom billing headers. They are visible when you generate a bill to print. When you visit the case later the header is missing. Between Agency's items are not in the same place.

It started off rocky, then i got better and small changes were made. Now, it should be great but maps and GIS make the effort feel wasted.

I like the GUI, the ease of use, and the map function USED to be the best thing about it; now the worst. No one seems to care but me.
