A good platform for content and user management with many useful features

PROS

Kenja provides a clean user interface for groups to manage their content. The ability to be granular with allowing access to users provides a good way to keep workstreams separate and ensure that people do not have access to more than they need. The calendar functionality is useful for scheduling meetings and making sure everyone is on the same page. Customer support is prompt and their development team is willing to explore new features that could benefit the users oft he platform.

CONS

Initially learning to use Kenja can be difficult, but the team provides a wide array of resources and onboarding support to help with the adjustment. We have run into very few issues and the development team is very responsive if there are issues and are willing to work with you to resolve them.

Simple, collaborative platform

PROS

I liked the simplicity of the rooms and how they could sit inside each other. I also like the document sharing feature

I do feel like the platform could be more visually exciting and the features a little more dynamic
