Sehr gutes Tool mit gutem Kundensupport
Wir arbeiten seit 7 Jahren mit copio Analytics und sind sehr zufrieden.
PROSCopio Analytics läuft stets sehr zuverlässig und erfüllt alle unsere teilweise sehr hohen Ansprüche. Sehr guter Kundensupport, es wird sehr gut auf individuelle Wünsche und Anforderungen eingegangen.
CONSDie Funktionalitäten zu Datenvisualisierungen sind eingeschränkt, wir exportieren stattdessen die Daten und nutzen für die Datenanalysen andere Tools.

Hauptgrund für die Entscheidung für copio waren die Möglichkeiten zur Referenzierung eigener Artikel zu den Wettbewerbsartikeln sowie deren Fähigkeit, alle gewünschten Plattformen mit den gewünschten Daten zu crawlen.

Copio is easy to use and it saves time for price comparison. that is something i like the most.
CONSsometimes when i don't use it for some time it's harder to find something specific that i'm looking for. it would also be great if categories were the same like in our intern system.
