PROSThe AI-unified inbox, which effectively handles our support queries, is a huge asset to our team. Furthermore, the chatbot efficiently responds to regular customer questions, which eases our workload. Notably, the platform provides useful capabilities that precisely match our business objectives, like AI-generated response ideas and automatic discussion categorization.
CONSWe didn't find anything significant as cons. Glassix is taking care of all our requirements as transfer of large files is also done without hiccups.

Glassix recommendation
there is a lot to like...first and most important - the team.we are getting VIP service, very fast implementation time, very good and fast support.second - the system is very intuitive and it was really easy to teach the staff.

Good platform for omnichannel interactions
As someone who understands the significance of a unified customer experience, I was thoroughly impressed by Glasix's platform and its ability to streamline and optimize omnichannel interactions.
CONSI am still learning the capabilities of the platform and have not yet formed an opinion about the shortcomings. So far I haven't found any major drawbacks
