Git X-Modules
Overview
About Git X-Modules
Git X-Modules is a server-side application that syncs repository directories with external repositories as an alternative to Git submodules for managing modular Git projects. The app works on the Git server so there is zero overhead for Git users who can continue using their preferred clients.
Git X-Modules helps teams compose multiple repositories into a monorepo and keep them in sync. When changes are pushed to the monorepo, Git X-Modules automatically updates the related repositories. It also assists with migrating existing projects to a monorepo by handling syncing and merging seamlessly.
The app provides flexible settings to fit each team's environment and workflow. Users can pin an external repository to a commit or sync it with a branch. Powerful exclude filter...
