Harbour is very helpful!
The experience has been very good so far. The team has been supportive getting us set up, and following up to make sure that everything is going smoothly.
PROSHarbour has been very easy for the team to adopt. I appreciate how easy it is to navigate. My clients seem to have received the platform very well, makes it easier for them to sign off on documents quickly and move forward with the project.
CONSAt this time I don't have any additional features that I would need. I know we are not even using all of the features provided, but if something comes up I know I can reach out to the team.
Reason for choosing Harbour
Harbour has a better UI and the paper trail is helpful. Good to know when a client has viewed the file so I can follow up if it is not signed.

Customer service is exceptional!
PROSThe user experience is incredible! It's not only easy to create the forms, but it's so easy for our clients to complete and return- all mobile friendly too. Harbour stores forms in an organized way and makes accessing content seamless!
CONSI had some trouble downloading info from my custom forms on the excel sheet. It could just be the way I made the form. Will look into for next time.
