Snel en efficiënt - zonder overbodige poespas
ISPNext reageert via een portal snel op meldingen en incidenten. In een goede flow brengen periodieke updates steeds weer nieuwe verbeteringen.
PROSEen groot voordeel van ISPNext is het gebruikersgemak en de snelheid van implementatie.
CONSNadeel van AP Automation is dat er weinig flexibiliteit om facturen in te kunnen zien zonder in de route te hebben gezeten. Facturen die 100% matchen slaan de route over en kunnen daarna ook niet door inkoop terug worden gezien. Een nieuwe goedkeurder kan oudere facturen ook niet terugzien.

Wij hebben voor ISPNext gekozen omdat de service door een lokale nederlandse leverancier prettiger aansluit bij onze wensen dan wanneer de leverancier zich op een grotere markt buiten Nederland richt. Ook het feit dat ISPNext AP Automation als specialist aanbiedt en niet als een ondergeschikt onderdeel van andere functionaliteit heeft meegespeeld in onze keuze.

Het is erg gebruiksvriendelijk en scheelt zeker in het verwerken van de facturen enorm veel tijd. En papier = duurzamer.
CONS1. Wijzigen van boeking na doorzetten naar workflow is in ISP niet meer mogelijk, dit moet direct in ERP systeem (M3) 2. Niet alle facturen worden na scanningsproces herkend (automatisch ingevuld).

PROSA flexible system with easily adaptable fields, requirements, and processes. Adapting requirements and questionnaires to company standards is relatively straightforward. Processes and workflows can be quickly adjusted to facilitate our internal way of working. Changes and improvements are designed and implemented systematically
CONSThe tool is less intuitive to use, which necessitates training for users. The structure of certain processes is embedded in the core of the tool, making adaptation challenging. Additionally, certain business standard functionalities are not designed or standardized

The overall experience is very good, it is a cost-effective and straight forward application
PROSThe clear overview to retrieve the life cycle overview of the contracts, which of those are going to expire and which needs action to renew. The notification towards the contract owner and contract manager. Last but not least the option procure modules to enhance the overall solution for the organisation
