Phenomenal Customer Service

Nothing but great things to say about the support team. Makes you want to continue supporting a company that genuinely wants to help its customers.

PROS

When I didn't understand the product, the support team answered right away, gave me a tour, answered all my questions, and even took my suggestions to make the product better for the use I needed for my customers. Ease of use- when my clients click the link, they go to the product right away, with no distracting dashboards.

CONS

Haven't run into a problem yet b/c the support team fixed it.

Reasons for switching to EasyUser

I didn't like the clunkiness of their system. It was too much going on to where it was confusing. I just wanted an easy way to get the info to my customers and they would be able to access it without being confused as well.

Great to work with. Will definitely be making more use of EasyUser in the future.

Very good to work with the folks at EasyUser to produce a great product tour. Admin access particularly useful to be able to change wording and styles for faster demo completion.

CONS

There were no issues with EasyUser at all.
