Useful Prospecting Tool and a Time Saver. Amazing Customer Support

Overall a positive experience. Highly recommend the software.

PROS

The richness and accuracy of the data, the simplicity of the user interface and the responsiveness of their customer support and product teams--they really took the time to understand our needs, demonstrate the use cases and even added a feature that we requested i.e. being able to filter by a company's site traffic.

CONS

I'd like to see them improve the filtering capability for ecommerce software. For our purposes, the biggest opportunity for improvement is being able to filter out woocommerce service providers (dev shops and agencies) and view only true merchants.

Reason for choosing Enlyft

The richness of their data and their pricing model. We could pay for credits and use them as the need arose instead of being locked into much more expensive annual contracts.
