Great for automating emailing and calling
Helps us move prospects through the buyer journey
PROSSupport was great, easy to get contacts imported and tracking what email campaigns enrolled in
CONSEmail open and click rates are difficult to accurately track so the lead scoring can be off if their email server scans images before they can open it.
Vendor Response

FunnelFLARE: a powerful tool to boost your productivity and your sales pipeline
Overall, FunnelFLARE is a powerful and innovative sales pipeline management software that can help sales teams improve their productivity and efficiency. Features like lead generation, automation of repetitive tasks, contact and sales management, contact segmentation, and customizable email templates can help sales teams create effective sales processes and manage their prospects more easily. However, there are also aspects that could be improved. The software might be a bit pricey for small businesses and the user interface might seem a bit complex for novice users. Additionally, some users have reported compatibility issues with other sales software, which can be a hindrance for businesses that already use existing sales tools.Despite these areas for improvement, FunnelFLARE remains a solid choice for companies looking to improve their sales pipeline and increase productivity. The innovative and customizable features offered by the software can help sales teams better target their leads and manage their sales process more efficiently. If you are looking for a powerful and customizable sales pipeline management tool, FunnelFLARE is an option worth considering.
PROSFunnelFLARE is an incredibly powerful and efficient sales pipeline management software that can help dramatically improve the productivity of sales teams. With innovative features such as lead generation, automation of repetitive tasks, contact and sales management, FunnelFLARE makes life easier for salespeople by allowing them to focus on the essentials: selling. The software is also very easy to use and has an intuitive user interface, making it accessible to all levels of sales experience. The email and sales campaign performance tracking features are also ideal for sales reps looking to improve their efficiency and productivity. In addition, FunnelFLARE offers great flexibility and can be customized to meet the specific needs of each company. With features like automated follow-up reminders, customizable email templates, and contact segmentation, FunnelFLARE empowers sales teams to create efficient and targeted sales processes. In summary, FunnelFLARE is a powerful and innovative sales pipeline management tool that can help businesses increase productivity and improve sales results. If you are looking to boost your sales pipeline and improve the performance of your sales team, FunnelFLARE is a great recommended choice.
CONSAlthough FunnelFLARE offers interesting and innovative features for sales pipeline management, there are some points that could be improved.First, the software can be a bit expensive for small businesses or low-budget sales teams. Monthly rates can quickly increase depending on the number of features and contacts added, which can be a limiting factor for some businesses. Also, the user interface may seem a bit complex and intimidating for novice users. While the software is easy to use for power users, those without much sales or pipeline management experience may find it difficult to understand all the features and use them effectively.Additionally, some users have reported compatibility issues with other vendor software, which can make synchronizing data and information more difficult. This can be a barrier for companies that already use existing sales software and are looking to integrate it with FunnelFLARE.Finally, customer support can sometimes be slow to respond to user requests or issues. This can be frustrating for users who need quick and efficient assistance with critical issues. In summary, FunnelFLARE is a sales pipeline management software with great features, but there are areas for improvement in terms of cost, user interface, compatibility, and customer support.

Use if you want your data and months of work deleted
Poor, avoid this company. Pay more money and work with real professionals. Avoid working with these amateurs.
PROSIt seemed decent at first, and we worked through MANY bugs to get to a point where we did get actual value from Funnel Flare. Even though the bugs were major, and often impacted our ability to sell and communicate with our prospects (which of course, Funnel Flare often denied there was anything they could do to help increase call quality and text message deliverability, evading accountability), we still did get some value out of the application. That all turned drastically when we had to put our subscription on hold temporarily.
CONSThey deleted all of our data. We lost about 6-8 months of prospect contact data, which means we lost all of our contacts, their statuses, the notes we made on their records, where they were at in our sales pipeline, etc. Meaning we lost MONTHS and tens of thousands worth of labor, time, and software deals. We had to temporarily put our subscription on hold due to cashflow issues in our company, and even though we had notified Funnel Flare we intended to resume their services, they went and deleted all of our data. After solving our Cash flow problems, when we went to reactivate just a couple months later, all our data was gone. Absolutely unacceptable.

Good idea but needs way too much work to be ready to market
Pretty disappointed. Customer support was ok, deployment was a bit slow but the outcome was bad. The developer made a "MISTAKE" even when I explain many times that it was critical for me to be sure that it will not trigger the emails on the wrong date, still did. No refund offered, claiming that they did what they have for the service that I pay, but in reality, did not deliver what I paid.
PROSI can't think of any. I had really high expectations but non of them where delivered.
CONSThe platform is full of bugs and issues, starting with the authentication with Google. They are not approved by Google so you need to accept the risks of connecting your account with them. The main thing that I didn't like, is that they didn't accept that their service was not delivered, they assumed that their employee spends the time creating a custom automation workflow, so if in the end, the workflow didn't work, they will not refund the over $700 spend on the account, just because they work on it. In my experience, if you didn't deliver the expected outcome because your platform/service does not work, you have to honor your customer and refund them.
Reason for choosing FunnelFLARE
Becuase they offer Nimble automation but the integration is really poor.
Vendor Response
We are sorry you had difficulties with our services and we appreciate your feedback regarding the situation. At FunnelFLARE we pride ourselves on our customer service and are constantly working to improve. We acknowledge you had problems utilizing our platform and that is unfortunate. Your main complaint was the result of issues with the deployment of a custom services job. We accept there were errors made and we also feel that both parties could have done a better job of communicating. We've reviewed how services scopes and manages projects like this so that these issues do not happen in the future.

Decent sales enablement tool for automating outreach
I guess FunnelFLARE definitely has potential if you're using a CRM system such as Zoho CRM that is lacking sales enablement tools or a power dialer. At its current state, I didn't find it valuable enough to pay for it however.
PROSI stumbled upon FunnelFLARE because the sales enablement functions in Zoho CRM were lacking. I found the automated cadences across email, LinkedIn etc. to be useful for enabling sales teams.
CONSNo 3CX integration (our phone provider) was a deal-breaker for us unfortunately. Overall the software has a bit of a steep learning curve and setting up cadences is not as straight-forward as one would hope. The support is great however, but I didn't want to spend days getting up to speed on the functionalities before being able to reap the benefits.
