Full Control Over the Digital Office Space
This was a tool I didn't know we needed! 1. It helps optimize and manage the onboarding sales process, even for those who are just inquiring. 2. It increases transparency and collaboration 3. I can streamline my sales process and duplicate rooms that work well for similar new cases 4. Improve customer relationships by recording a personal message to each room that 'extra touch'5. Boost overall sales productivity by cutting down on the time it takes to answer most questions asked during the initial conversation. This is important as more people like to research and make quick decisions vs. sitting in a long, drawn-out sales pitch meeting.
PROSHaving a customizable digital sales office allows me to have full control over how my sales process looks, giving me the ability to optimize and change my sales and coaching strategy on the fly. Being able to embed features into my digital sales office allows me to have a seamless sales process that is integrated into my website as its own customer relationship portal. The ability to white-label makes it even easier to maintain branding as we use this more.
CONSThe one feature that could help us become more competitive is more integration options other than Zapier. However, their roadmap suggests that there are many workarounds, so this is not a deal breaker for us.
Reason for choosing Heybase
Although the others were more established, I like the look and feel of the template options and the ability to duplicate and assign any room to a team member. The analytics are also a big plus- we can see opens, invites, and activity in real-time. Plus, the layout seems to fit our brand better. The Heybase roadmap includes features that our clients would particularly enjoy, plus reduce the amount of time we spend developing new rooms.
