Data enrichment

I think data enrichment tools are underrated, it helps save tons of time and attention span for sales professionals

PROS

If you use several prospecting and lead generation platforms it’s a great way to help integrate all the data in your CRM and enrich it with contact info and keep all correspondence you conduct in platforms like LinkedIn in one place automatically adding it to CRM

CONS

I find it really annoying that you cannot move the Surfe pop up screen when using LinkedIn, when it’s placed in ways that disturb you or make it impossible to interact with content

Great product

Overall I really like the tool

PROS

It helps me save time when prospecting on LinkedIn to connect between LinkedIn and my CRM

CONS

Sometimes bugs happen but it's not irritating still worth the money

Reasons for switching to Surfe

LinkMatch didn't have customer support and the quality of data being exported in messages was not accurate.
