Missive Fan
Missive is the most cooperative, customer-oriented and modern email client I have ever worked with as an organization. As responsible for all automation and processes within the organization, I have become a fan of Missive over the past +/- 1.5 years and have already recommended it to several companies in my area. Good UI/UX, always in development and they really want to think about solutions in processes within your organization.
CONSThe only thing I'm missing is a Zoho connection

One of the bests tools for colaborative teams!
At first it was somewhat overwhelming to go from the usual Gmail to Missive, but once you understand how it works, it becomes your best ally; especially if you have to coordinate teams.
PROSThe ease of use and the ability to coordinate the work of the entire team; being able to postpone sending emails, assign emails to others and provide timely and timely follow-up to each client.
CONSBy the time everything's just fine! We love Missive and we are confortable with the usage.
Reasons for switching to Missive
Google did not have sufficient features to be able to carry out coordinated follow-ups, unless the person was copied in the email. Using missive, on the other hand, only assigning the email internally, the responsible person has that email in their inbox and knows what to do. Additionally, you can leave internal chats that are an ideal complement for cases in which you specifically need to tell the collaborator to say or do this or that thing.

Missive Review
A great resource when working with many different types of email platforms and communication platforms.
PROSMy favourite part of missive was that we were able to integrate other programs and platforms into our Missive. Giving us more abilities than if we were just using one program.
CONSBecause of the fact that we were integrate other platforms into our Missive use we would sometimes run into troubles if one platform upgraded and the functionality stopped between the two.

Great solution to email/conversation management with clients
The team at Missive is great to work with, responsive and knows their product well.
PROSGreat interface design and powerful rules engine.
CONSCalendaring is just okay - still using another tool for this aspect of our workflow.
Reason for choosing Missive
Collaboration with other team members, routing emails almost like a ticket management system, and the rules engine.

Missive can be as powerful as you like it to be
Good experience overall with support, onboarding, billing, and the product.
PROSI've searched for similar software for what I need.. team communication and email management. I like the interface to communicate with my team, assign tasks. I appreciate that it works with Microsoft 365 products. A lot of similar services only works with Google. Although I wish they do not only work on chained/treaded email, it does has some advantage and I can understand why they need it that way. I use it daily to communicate efficiently with my team on emails received and assign tasks.. or for internal communication. There are lots more features we are not using yet. But it can be as powerful as you need. I think pricing is fair for what it offers. and the product doesn't have down time. Support is consistently good. There are lots of training offered.
CONSHas to have chained/treaded emails. a learning curve to set up the rules and settings.
Reason for choosing Missive
All other products require using Gmail. or more expensive unless you really have a team.
