Best Auto Dialer for Sales!

Monster Connect is a wonderful Cloud-based sales ennoblement tool that assists sales-driven organizations like LeadJen with outbound prospecting, dynamic routing, and team dialing. Positives! They have always worked well with me and the many accounts I've had throughout my time with LeadJen. I'm able to get more done in less time and I've doubled quality lead appointments using Monster Connect within just a 1-hour session each day of the week. They are swift and are willing to assist to give you the most of their services. Grade A for sales teams. I highly recommend if you're looking for agility, managing multiple accounts, and want more connections and conversions.

CONS

After thinking, I only have one suggestion. Speeding up the time it takes to remove contacts from salesforce. Generally takes a day to update the data with the Salesforce integration but this might be fixed already so I don't have really anything negative to say and that's rare for a sales marketing professional.

Easy to use

Some dialers are better than others but with the options given I feel as though this is a good choice especially for companies pressed for many power.

PROS

The best part of eliminating cold calling is the hours saved. Using this dialer system with quality leads really does make all the difference about your ability to better do your job.

CONS

Im not a part of implementation in my company, I just have to use it & like all dialing systems it'll take time to know it in & out but its not particularly difficult.

High Cost But Valuable

PROS

It’s a super technological company that offers and manages live , face-to-face phone interactions and helps accelerating your business needs.

CONS

It costs so much to use this software, I wouldn’t mind at all using this program if it didn’t require so much money to start.

This tools' strengths are in its management of multiple callers. Other functionalities are limited.

PROS

Monster Connect does a good job of making a lot of calls on your behalf and handing them off to you. You are on a sort of conference connection, so there's no real transfer lag when the target actually picks up and you can have an auto greeting like which gives you an extra second or so to glance at the screen and smoothly continue. That sort of thing. The callers can leave your pre-recorded voicemail whenever they get to that point in the workflow.

CONS

Easy. The Cost. A tiny operation like mine, even with our focus on outbound, couldn't afford it. Besides, our design was more multichannel and it wasn't easy to see how to incorporate/coordinate email marketing with this tool. We would have email blasts + telephone blitz w/o targeting or timing.

Good tool for multiple calling

PROS

MonsterConnect is a good tool to have in an organization and it allows you to eliminate the time wastage in Cold calling. It strengthens you sales calling process by auto dialing with their own system and helps to achieve your calls targets well.

CONS

I think it is an efficient system except the pricing is on the higher side.

No more finger dials

PROS

I love that for the most part the leads work really well & you just use one button to make calls.

CONS

Sometimes leads are slow but I mean o rather deal with slow leads at times then cold calling.

Like having 100 people working for the price of 1

It was a game change for our company. Productivity was improved. Team became competitive to see who could make the most contacts.

PROS

Ease of use. Amazing time savings and unobtainable accuracy compared to humans. Been a game changer in our call center.

CONS

Like most technology there is a learning curve. Once the team got comfortable and started making more money doing less work. It all was worth it.
