Very good and helpful pharma app work for me and great features

Stockist details are saved in the Farmawork app, on repeated visits, the work is done faster in keeping the details. Farmawork app saves us tracking and timing, accurate location reduces our typing time which helps us to do work , stockist search easy

PROS

Pharmawrk app in most like your auto fetching location correctly and any store revisit than that store showing on time and most beautiful is in this appAny problem can be solved quickly hereAnd works at the right time in the market

CONS

Sometimes firma app becomes slow which i find bad

Review of PharmaWRK e-detailing application for Venus Remedies Limited

Overall experience is positive, particularly due to the PharmaWRK team's eagerness to earnestly resolve issues, regular addition of new features and most importantly with a steady improvement in functioning of features in the application, as shared the our field team as well though still its work in progress.

PROS

The team was very open for frequent communications , eager to create solutions as per our requirements and during the pilot project also exhibited commitment to immediately to act and resolve any issues, bugs etc.

CONS

Sometimes speed of application creates issue, when we get feedbacks from team on location of customers showing far off, or customer record itself doesnot show up, when actually they are at the location, new customer data update take longer time to show up in application.

The key factors which help us decide PharmaWRK were flexibility of customization , agility in responding to any query, and cost efficiency

Easy to use and relatively less expensive Application

PROS

Easy to UseGeolocation feature is a good feature.

CONS

Customization of dashboards is taking a lot of time. Features like trigger-based notifications are also absent.

The self appreciation tool for all Field Sales Managers

First-year experience is good and I am confident they will continue to give much better services to take it as next-generation software of the Pharma Sales team. Fine-tune is needed, my team is well coordinating with them in incorporating accordingly.

PROS

Change is difficult, the old way of communicating with Visual aids to the digital medium the Sales team is very challenging. Pharma WRK support and their quick service in resolving queries have helped my team to use the device with ease.

CONS

We have completed almost a year and now expect lots of reporting analysis data or dashboards for the senior managers to evaluate and take corrective measures on time for increasing the productivity of the team.

Reason for choosing PharmaWRK

Ease and compliance. The pilot plan was appreciated and liked by the team itself, which pushed us to take it forward.
