Overall, i would recommend supply mover to a friend even if for non-pharmaceutical needs, it seems multifunctional, and they have the absolute best customer service! Any issues are always resolved as quick as possible.
PROSI like how easy is it to have everything i need right in front of me. I also like that i can now add a activity in the same space as my note!
CONSI dislike the fact that there are no pop-up reminders for activities, and I tend to forget about them if i get busy. I also have had a lot of issue lately with filters not sorting properly and that's kind of frustrating, but in our recent meeting the guys did show us a trick with opening in new tabs and I've resolved my own issue by doing that. However, it would be nice if it filtered correctly.

Great.
PROSI love that it tracks calls and shows when the customer was contacted. Also, the KPI and many more
CONSI wish that my sales reps could unassign leads and delete leads when necessary. I do not have time to keep this up to date. It would only be leads. I do not like that when assigning leads, you must put pharmacy ea time under type of business when that is all we have in our CRM is pharmacies.

SupplyMover is a valuable resource
The functionality of the software makes it easy to conduct day to day sales functions and contact management.
CONSThe features that were missing have been added and we still have more features we have discussed that will soon be applied such as the payment feature.

Incredibly helpful and valuable product
At first it was a little hard to transition but once I got used to it I saw all the value in it. Over time added functions have made it an even more invaluable tool.
