We are able to track performance, engagement and conversions with incredible detail.
PROSVerity IQ is always adapting their functionality and features. Especially now in this changing climate, the verity team does an amazing job keeping us on the cutting edge.
CONSDon't really have anything i don't like about the software. If there is a feature that i don't need i just don't use it. Its pretty simple.

Beware - they will scam you
Awful. They did so much damage to our business and we have no recourse. Look at Peak Suite instead. It uses the same backend system. Has the same features. It's better thought through. Verity has too many quirks. For example, in Verity, follow up tasks don't get set if you dial somebody directly from the contact list rather than the Taskboard. So you lose leads. It's badly designed.
PROSThe dashboard looked very helpful, with alerts when new texts or leads come in
CONSTheir system has many glitches, which they blame on wifi. Our users were in different locations, one using Comcast Wifi, another using Google Fiber. When I called them out on this, they cancelled our subscription. We had just spent MONTHS of time and nearly $15,000 on consulting fees, onboarding, training etc. They left us in the cold because they didn't want to fix their software. They literally fired us as a client within the first year because we filed too many tickets complaining that their software wasn't ready for prime time. They left us in the cold. The ownership of this company is ruthless. They are not interested in their client's success. The amount of damage they did to our SMALL BUSINESS is unimaginable. Beware of this company - they could destroy yours. We rely on their CRM to run our small school. Incoming calls didn't ring. Notes got lost. These were the IT issues we complained about. Now our $15,000 investment is LOST. Their contract lets them cancel on customers and there's no refund for any of it. I have never seen a company in the US operate this way. RUN!!!!
Reason for choosing Verity IQ
US based tech support. What I failed to realize is their US based tech support is not interested in improving their bugs. They didn't even release a mobile app until a few months ago. They have no interest in providing a product that works. They figure most people won't complain or won't notice when leads get lost. I'm not sure who their other clients are because Verity says "well, our other clients don't complain..." I don't believe that for one minute!!!
Reasons for switching to Verity IQ
Their sales team seemed professional and the user interface seemed well designed. It's the backend that doesn't work. The software is NOT ready for prime time.
