Using Visitlead is really intuitive. While we don't have too many questions through it, we have definitely been able to capture projects and business that we might not have otherwise. It's also a way to show off our customer service skills before someone even buys from us.
It's really helpful for connecting to clients and is an excellent blend of manual responses and automation. Our company has added a wide range of premade responses and you search by writing words or phrases and it highlights the best responses. You can also see exactly what someone types as they type it which is helpful to find your responses early.
I wish there was a better way to see exactly where people are coming from. You can see the geography, but I wish there was a quicker way to see what exact company they are from. It's also hard to add premade responses if you are not an admin.
Overall, I love VisitLead. It's really intuitive and packed with a ton of features. It's an amazing blend of automated and manual so that your reps still sound human. Once it was set up, we also haven't really had any technical issues. You should analyze if a customer/prospect facing chat window makes sense for your company and if it does, I'd look at this one.
It's packed with functionality. The software is easy to use and to automate the first few messages. Searching for premade responses are also a breeze. The BEST part is that you can see the customer/prospect typing so you can prepare your responses while you type. It also gives you time to find the customer in your system. Integration is a breeze too since you can send the info directly to your email or your CRM.
I wish there was a better way to divide leads. Our prospects and our offices are across the world. I wish there was a way to prioritize British team members for British customers when there's overlap with the US office. I'm sure there's a way to do it, though, so this might be more an issue with the way our team has set it up. Plus, it's really not that big of a deal since you can send chats directly to other team members which is great if you have to escalate to more knowledgeable team mates or if you have to leave the chat.
